THE PROJECT OF MODERN PUBLIC AND BUSINESS COMPLEX IN PRIMORSKY DISTRICT OF ST. PETERSBURG, NINE KILOMETERS FROM THE HISTORICAL CENTRE.
Implementation of the following features of the Facility was made feat. OPB’ specialists:
- The Tower building of 86 floors with the device on the upper level of observation decks at several levels;
- The device does not have the same atrium spaces of the covered internal court, located between the Northern and Southern blocks, with a height of 27 m, made of the transparent materials, which envisages the installation of emergency exits;
- The multi-level device of the operated roof made with a covering of decorative elements;
- The device of the «TWIN» type dual elevators, intended for transportation of fire brigades;
- The device for installation of automatic fire extinguishing with the use of water mist for the first time implemented for the building construction of such scales;
- The device of the aboveground part of the Northern and Southern blocks with the area within a fire compartment area up to 18000 m2;
- The device in the underground level of the Complex technical directions, connecting the parking lot fire compartments.
The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:
- Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
- Design of the engineering and fire safety systems;
- Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
