BUSINESS- CENTER “NABEREZHNAYA TOWER”

The business center «Naberezhnaya Tower» is one of the first projects implemented in the framework of construction of MIBC «Moscow-city».

This is the Grand multifunctional complex on the territory of MIBC «Moscow-city». The ultra-modern architectural ensemble consists of three high-rise buildings: the 58-story skyscraper with small facilities: the 27-storey and 17-storey in the shape of a hemisphere. The unique feature of the business center «Naberezhnaya Tower» is a panoramic facade of tinted glass, which was able to realize through the study of a new approach to fire safety of facade designs. Further, the results of these developments have served as examples for the design of other tall structures in the MIBC «Moscow-city». The latest engineering technology ensures a perfect noise protection and a high level of efficiency. The buildings, united under еру general stylobate, are located above Moscow River with impressive panoramic views of the Moscow.

The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:

• Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
• Maintenance and technical and scientific support in developing the design and working documentation, developed by other organizations, including foreign companies, in terms of requirements of fire safety;
• Report on the preliminary planning of military operations for fire departments to extinguish the fire and conduct rescue operations (Fire-fighting plan);
• Development of the plans of evacuation, taking into account the concrete plannings of the floors of your object, which make it possible to take the necessary measures for people evacuation in case of fire;
• Development of the special rules of fire safety for your unique object;
• Development of the necessary instructions to the staff responsible for fire safety, developed in accordance with the algorithm of operation of fire protection systems and emergency exits;
• Designing for Your object the algorithm of functioning of fire protection systems and phased evacuation of people in case of fire;
• Development of measures to ensure the required fire resistance of exterior curtain walls (facade design, including stained glass);
