THE RECONSTRUCTED SECTION OF THE GREAT ACADEMIC STREET ON THE SECTION FROM PRIOROVA ST. TO THE DMITROVSKOE AV. IS 4,7 KM. THE TOTAL NUMBER OF LANES IS ASSUMED TO BE 6. THE LINE WIDTH IS 3,5 M.

By the nature of adjacent development, the entire parcel can be divided into two sections:

    • The first section from the Priorova street to the Zoi and Aleksandra Kosmodemyanskih street. A whole series of the underground communications (water pipe and rain canalization) is laid between the existing roadway of the Large Academic street and the housing building. 
    • The second section from the Zoi and Aleksandra Kosmodemyanskih street to the Dmitrovskoe avenue. In this area the existing road passes in the area of the residential development located to the left during the movement to the Dmitrovskoe avenue, the Timiryazevskiy Park area and the stadium «Science» are located on the right side. The following communications are laid in this section: high-voltage cable lines 110 kV and 220 kV, the Zhabenka river collector of 2700×3200, the Zhabenckiy sewerage collector d=900, water pipe d=300, gas pipe d=630, canalization d=1200, telephone canalization and numerous cable lines. The Bolshaya Academicheskaya street crosses the power transmission lines (110 kW and 220 kW) with a SAG of the wires 12 and 22 m from the Koptevsky Boulevard and the streets of the Oktyabrskaya railway. 

At the intersection with the Oktyabrskaya railway the existing street has a carriageway width of 11.0 m and passes under the railway overpass.


The petrol station and reversal area public transport are located at the junction to the overpass from the Priorova street.


The facility is located in the second climatic zone.


The project provides reconstruction, repair, reconstruction and padding of the engineering communications:

    • the heating systems;
    • the external networks of water supply;
    • the external networks of rain canalization;
    • the external networks of canalization;
    • the electrical networks;
    • the cables MATT;
    • the exterior lighting;
    • the external gas pipe;
    • the communication networks;
    • the traffic management control (further - TMC); (further – ASUDD);
    • the high-voltage cable lines 110-220 kV;
    • VOLS to control lighting and signals of the GBU «Gormost»;
    • the telemechanical control of the exterior lighting;
    • the external power supply.

The artificial structures are designed as a part of the linear object:

    • the highway tunnel (see the book 2061-PIR-15-MOPB2);
    • the pedestrian subway № 1;
    • the pedestrian subway № 2;
    • the pedestrian subway № 3;
    • the sound barrier № 1;
    • the sound barrier № 2;
    • the facewall PK3-PK15;
    • the facewall PK60;
    • the facewall PK187-188;
    • the stair descent with a ramp to PK188-PK189.
