Business complex «Empire» is a modern multi-storey skyscraper that combines offices A-class, apartments and public spaces.
Futuristic architecture of the mirrored constructions of «Empire» became one of the masterpieces of world-famous American architectural Bureau NBBJ. Architects dealt with an interesting and ambitious goal: to develop the concept and design of the building, which will be like no one in the world. And they managed to achieve an exceptional harmony of elegant elliptical profile of the tower elements and progressive hi-tech, reflecting the minimalism and dynamic style.
The challenging architectural concept, emphasizing the avant-garde and modernity of the project, combined with a unique location right on the seafront, in first line of the MIBC «Moscow-city», which provides convenient access to the main traffic arteries of the city. All of the tower’s windows have impressive panoramic views of the Moscow.
Due to «OPB», the buildings of the complex are equipped with modern engineering systems, control the work which is carried out with the Central control room of the complex. The engineering systems activity is fully automated, its reliability, safety, eco-friendliness allowed us to include the complex «Empire» to buildings of the first category. Business complex «Empire» meets the highest requirements in the field of fire protection.
The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:
- Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
- Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
- Maintenance and technical and scientific support in developing the design and working documentation, developed by other organizations, including foreign companies, in terms of requirements of fire safety;
- Development of section "Fire safety" when placing residential camp for construction;
- Development of measures to ensure the required fire resistance of exterior curtain walls (facade design, including stained glass);
