The group of companies «OPB» has performed the entire works complex of the Object fire safety from the design documentation to facility commissioning.

The main distinctive features of the Object should include:

• the complex is the tallest building in Europe;
• availability of 55 m height Central atrium (10 underground floors and 5 aboveground floors) and two atriums of 6 floors;
• absence of a roof, as a constructive element in the traditional understanding of urban development;
• translucent facade systems made of glass with non-normalized limit of fire resistance;
• functional fire hazard class «apartments» first mentioned, classified and matched in terms of the fire safety requirements;

The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:

• Installation and commissioning, maintenance, retrofitting and repair of engineering systems, fire-retardant works;
• Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
