MULTIFUNCTIONAL COMPLEX "EYE"

THE MULTIFUNCTIONAL COMPLEX WITH AN OVERHEAD-UNDERGROUND PARKING THAT IS A PART OF THE MOSCOW INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CENTER (MIBC) «MOSCOW-CITY», SITUATED ON A SECTION 16 A, B, WITH A TOTAL AREA OF 2.52 HA 16A — 1.02 HECTARES, SECTION 16B −1,50 HA.

The section 16A includes:
- the offices building 16A.1 (class of functional fire hazard F4.3), height — 241,0 m — 49 ground floors (3 technical of them) and 2 underground floors, total area is 111 955 sq. m. (107960 sq. m. — the area of an overground part, 3995 sq. m. — the area of an underground part);
- the apartments building with the hotel 16A.2 (class of functional fire hazard F1.3 and F1.2 ), height 352 m — 85 above-ground floors (5 technical of them) and 2 underground floors, total area is 138 045 sq. m. (131810 sq. m — the area of an overground part, 6235 sq. m — the area of an underground part); — between the buildings 16A.1 and 16.2 in the level of 1-6-th floors there is the public part of the HOTELS (the stylobate) (class of functional fire hazard F1.2) with a floor area of 2500 sq. m. Beyond the building envelope on the section 16A there is a 2-storey underground Parking (class of functional fire hazard F5.2) staying in the apartment with a total area of 6620 sq. m. with a floor area of 3,300 sq. m, including the technical premises;
- The multifunctional complex on the section 16B includes a detached building of the overhead-underground parking, further Parking (class of functional fire hazard F5.2), height up to 41 meters, consisting of 5 underground and 11-type above-ground floors total area of 146 940 sq. m. (77 040 sq. m — the area of an overground part, 69 900 sq. m — the area of an underground part).

The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:

• Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
• Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
• Calculation of categories of buildings and premises by explosive and fire hazard;
• Report on the preliminary planning of military operations for fire departments to extinguish the fire and conduct rescue operations (Fire-fighting plan);
