COMPLEX «RENAISSANCE MOSCOW TOWERS»

Renaissance Moscow Towers is a unique multifunctional complex, situated on the sections 17-18 MIBC «Moscow-city».

Of course, it is worth noting several features of the project that distinguish the complex from other high-rise buildings in the capital:

• the unique facade system device with the panoramic windows, nicely complement the overall appearance of the «Moscow-city»;
  
• the first used technology of fresh air through the façade into the room of the apartment (airing);
  
• the vertical fire compartments device up to 150 m, which allows to reduce the engineering component of the object significantly;
  
• the four-level underground car Park, including the use of mechanical Parking devices;
  
• the device of the operated roof of the stylobate on the environmental standards of LEED.

The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:

• Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
• The complex of technical and organizational measures to ensure fire safety;
• Conducting the fire-technical calculations;
• Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
