SPORTS AND CONCERT AND ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX "VTB-ARENA"

VTB arena — The central stadium «Dynamo» will bring together the two objects: small (VTB Arena Hall) and large (The central stadium «Dinamo») the sports arenas and entertainment complex intended for interesting pastime before or after sporting events.
Special characteristics:

• Combination of the open-air stadium, closed universal concert and sport hall and leisure centre in the same building while preserving the historic part of the old stadium facade;
• Arrangement of the open-air stadium on the relative mark 19,000 m;
• For the first time in Russia a unique outer covering of the Arena of polymer translucent materials with led elements is used to turn to the dark facades of the stadium into a giant screen.
• The small sports arena has 3 configurations: hockey — 11 488 seats, a basketball — 12 770 seats, concert — 14 000 seats, while the changing from one configuration to another is carried out in a few hours;
• Accommodation in the Complex (actually under the stadium) of two-level underground Parking, as well as several above ground levels for commercial, public and leisure premises.

The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:

• Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
• Concept development of fire safety;
• Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
