TIH «Planernaya» is the first building of its kind in Moscow.
The strategy of a single hub for different modes of public transport became possible, including due to the creation of the universal principles of fire protection combining cutting edge developments in the field of fire safety for different transport industries.
TIH «Planernaya» has 6 the floors, of which the top 3 floors are reserved for Park-and-ride Parking, one floor is the basement.
Just in the same building are located:
- The bus station with waiting rooms and a covered walkway from the metro station to the platforms the passengers on the bus;
- Commercial galleries;
- Parking for 600 cars with a total area of 21000 m 2 ;
- Supermarket;
- Food court.
The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:
- Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
- Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
