OFFICE AND BUSINESS MULTIFUNCTIONAL COMPLEX

The complex consists of 4 detached buildings and an underground car Park, placed underneath these structures and between them. The complex includes:

• in the underground part: two-storey underground car Parking to accommodate about 330 cars in each level and the technical areas as related to Parking and non-it (ventilation, pumping, dock, storage, etc.) different buildings with a floor area of about 12,500 sq. m. The exit (entry) of vehicles is provided on the isolated ramp;
• in the 1st building: 11-storey public building to accommodate the apartment with mark to the sill of the top floor about 32,68 m, area of the largest floor is approximately 993 sq. m., restaurant hall with kitchen and auxiliary premise on the 1st above-ground floor and upper floor;
• in the 2nd building: 11-storey public building to accommodate the apartment with mark to the sill of the top floor about 32,68 m, area of the largest floor is approximately 1645 sq. m. and upper technical floor;
• in the 3d building: 8-storey public building to accommodate the apartment with mark to the sill of the top floor about 25 m, area of the largest floor is approximately 1865 sq. m;
• in the 4th building: 11-storey public building to accommodate the apartment with mark to the sill of the top floor about 32,68 m, area of the largest floor is approximately 2420 sq. m., restaurant hall with kitchen and auxiliary premise on the 1st above-ground floor and upper technical floor.

The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:

• Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
• Determination of settlement sizes of fire risk in buildings, construction and structures of various classes of functional fire hazard;
• Report on the preliminary planning of military operations for fire departments to extinguish the fire and conduct rescue operations (Fire-fighting plan);
• Development of Declaration of Fire Safety;
• Development of measures to ensure the required fire resistance of exterior curtain walls (facade design, including stained glass);
