FAMILY LEISURE CENTER "MASTERSLAVL"

At elev. −4,500 and 0,000 of the 2nd section there are the facilities family recreation center «Masterslavl» (hereinafter FRC), a stylized model of a small town.

FRC includes joint family visits, while children aged 4-14 years will get acquainted with a variety of specialties (professions) in stylized buildings pavilions/"workshops", the children from 0 to 3 years will be under the supervision of specially trained staff and parents in a separate room at elevation. −4,500.

FRC area composes 6 090 sq.m, namely the accomodations situated on −1st floor of 2 158 sq.m. and accomodation on 0 floor of 3 933 sq.m.

The clean height between floors in the main part is not less than 4.6 m. The aperture is provided in the ceiling. This formed atrium has the height up to 9 m and area up to 90 sq.m.

Maximum quantity of the visitors: (children and adult) for one session — up to 625 people in each of the two floors.

The maximum total number of people with limited mobility — 4 people (0,32 % from the number of visitors).

Space pavilions/workshops from 10 to 142 sq. m.

There are provided passages from FRC to the adjacent public premises.
FRC includes premises of the following classes of functional fire hazard:

• F 2.2 — museums, exhibition and other similar establishments in the closed premises.
• F 3.2 — public catering enterprises.

The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:

• Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
• Development of Declaration of Fire Safety;
