Residential complex of business class, consisting of 3 adjacent buildings:
- the 1st entrance – 31 floors;
- the 2nd entrance – 9 floors;
- the 3rd entrance – 31 floors.
The underground part consists of 3 underground above ground level, located under the spot of the building and under the adjacent territory within the boundaries allotted for construction of the site, with the frame and enclosing walls of reinforced concrete. A three-level parking (for more than 1200 cars), with independent entrances on each level occupies a large area of the underground part; the public areas with natural daylight are located in the southern part (from the embankment). The technical rooms are located on each underground level.
The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:
- Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
- Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
- Report on the preliminary planning of military operations for fire departments to extinguish the fire and conduct rescue operations (Fire-fighting plan);
- Development of Declaration of Fire Safety;
