The multifunctional complex consists of shopping center, office center, open multi-level parking.
The office center occupies the Southeastern part of the section, near the metro station «Voykovskaya» and consists of three blocks of the different height (9-9-12 floors), falling to the Leningrad highway. All three blocks are combined with one platform with the pedestrian area on the roof, overlooked by a spacious office foyer. From the Plaza level there is an entrance in the trade enterprises. The entrances to the offices are provided from the Old-Petrovsky passage, the entrances are arranged from the office Parking lot.
The office center is equipped with the two-level parking lot (overground and underground part).
Shopping center is designed in a 3-storey volume of the complex configuration, the main façade and entrance facing the Leningrad highway. The entrance leads to the landscaped Plaza of the main pedestrian flows. The entrances are also provided from the level of the office plaza and from the side of the projected passage 995 (from the Northern side of the section), ensuring the access of visitors in the organization of passenger traffic on the route of the railway.
To ensure the shopping center with the required number of parking spaces there is the underground car parking for 1500 seats and ground multi-level outdoor Parking for 1,400 vehicles, located at the Northern boundary of the site.
The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:
- Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
- Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
- Maintenance and technical and scientific support in developing the design and working documentation, developed by other organizations, including foreign companies, in terms of requirements of fire safety;
- Development of design and working documentation for fire protection systems;
- Determination of settlement sizes of fire risk in buildings, construction and structures of various classes of functional fire hazard;
