COMPLEX “VTB ARENA PARK”

The apartment complex «arena Park», consisting of 7 residential buildings (12, 15 and 25 floors), has more than 1 000 apartments, where 3000 people will live.

Apartments are presented in very different areas: from minimum apartment (47 sqm) to 300-m penthouses Business centre arena Park consists of three office buildings class «A», Headquarters of the Society «Dynamo», hotel and apart-hotel.

12-storey office building with a total area of 7500 m2 and 8500 m2 will be implemented firstly. —in early 2016. The second stage is 24 storey building with an area of 33, 900m2 will be completed in 2017.

The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:

• Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
• Concept development of fire safety;
• Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
• Maintenance and technical and scientific support in developing the design and working documentation, developed by other organizations, including foreign companies, in terms of requirements of fire safety;
• Development of design and working documentation for fire protection systems;
