Concept development of fire safety

The object is composed of buildings of multi-apartment houses with the public objects.

Geographically, the complex is limited by Bersenevskaya and Bolotnaya embankments, and the pedestrian bridge from the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. The number of storeys of the complex varies from 2 to 8 floors.

The project includes the reconstruction (subject to the restrictions on the preservation of cultural heritage and regeneration of the historic environment) of maintain existing historical buildings and new buildings. There are parts of the Object:

  • block No. 10B — the residential house of variable height (7-8 floors), a modern building with courtyard, on the ground floor along the promenade there are café and two restaurants, along the pedestrian boulevard there are commercial premises;
  • block No. 11B, 12B, 13C — the residential house of variable height (8-9 floors) includes persistent buildings (with reconstruction and superstructure) and a new construction, the building has a courtyard, on the first floor of the building there are the leased premises;
  • block No. 5A — the residential house (4 floors);
  • block No. 6A — the residential house (4 floors), the reconstruction of the stored structure;
  • block No. 7A — the residential house (6-7 floors), the reconstruction of the stored structure;
  • block No. 8A — the residential house (6 floors), the reconstruction of the stored structure;
  • block No. 9A — the residential house (6 floors), the reconstruction of the stored structure;
  • block No. 16E, 17F — the residential houses (6 and 5 floors), covered by a gallery, on the first and second floors of the building 16E there is a home daycare with a separate entrance, at the 1st level there are a pool and SPA, on the first floor there are also the premises of public purposes;
  • block No. 17F — the residential building (5 floors);
  • block No. 18G-19G — the residential building (3-4 floors);
  • block No. 20G — the residential house (4 floors);
  • block No. 21H — the residential house and the villa (2-3-4 floor), the buildings are united by a common basement, which houses a fitness centre, storerooms and staff facilities;
  • Parking: the three-tier one is under the blocks on sections No. 10B, 11B, 5A, 21H, split level one (on −2nd and −3rd floors of the underground part) under the blocks No. 16E, 17F, 18G, 20G.

Underground service passage connects the parking lots, ramps and provides access of vehicles to Parking and access to office machines to areas download service.

In the underground part there are also the accomodations for the engineering services of the parking lot, maintenance of housings, technical accomodations.
