The functional purpose:

DEVELOPMENT AND APPROVAL OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT FIRE CONTROL METHODS OF THE PRACTICAL EVACUATION OF PEOPLE WITH THE AIM OF DETERMINING THE OPTIMAL NUMBER OF PEOPLE FOR SAFE EVACUATION FROM THE FACILITY.
Ostankino TV tower is located in Moscow, Akademika Koroleva st, 15, s.2. Its height is 540 meters in accordance with the flagpole. It has 45 floors, some of which include the observation deck, the highest of which is at an altitude of 337 metres. After the fire 27.08.2000 OPB carried out restoration work.
The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:
- Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
- Concept development of fire safety;
- Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
- Development of design and working documentation for fire protection systems;
