The functional purpose:

DEPOSITORY AND RESTORATION EXHIBITION CENTER IS LOCATED: MOSCOW, MALY ZNAMENSKY PER., 8, S. 9, KOLYMAZHNY PER., ., 4, BUILDING 2, 6, BUILDING 1 (HEREINAFTER – the OBJECT).
STATE CUSTOMER: The Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation represented by the Federal state budget institution of culture «State Museum of fine arts named after A. S. Pushkin»
The building of the Depository and restoration exhibition center (hereinafter — the Object of protection) is included in the complex of buildings of the Federal state budget institution of culture «State Museum of fine arts named after A. S. Pushkin». The plot is located on the territory of the existing historic building with the existing buildings of cultural heritage.
The object is divided into two parts, associated common underground part. The historic building, located in the southern part of the Object is fully preserved in the volume of the projected building and is reconstructed.
In the Southern part of the site development provides for four-storey building with the restoration and administrative offices (Building 1), in the Northern part is a 4-5-storey building with exhibitions (Building 2).
In the underground part there are three levels with the accommodation space storage of exhibits and technical facilities.
The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:
- Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
- The complex of technical and organizational measures to ensure fire safety;
- Concept development of fire safety;
- Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
- Development of design and working documentation for fire protection systems;
- Calculation of parameters of Smoke protection system of the building;
- Development of the special rules of fire safety for your unique object;
