MULTIFUNCTIONAL COMPLEX

Trade-business center consists of two main parts:

• 11-13 storey building height from the level of directions to the sill of the upper public floors about 44,0 m and an area of the highest floor is about 7,200 m 2 , which includes: on the 1st floor – the commercial premises with an area of about 4300 m 2 , restaurant and cafes with halls and auxiliary and industrial premises, and from 2 to 13 floors-office space with an area of the highest floor of about 7200 m2;
• 11-storey building height to cover approximately 40.0 m (parapet of the top floor at a height of about 37,0 m), which are placed on the lower 2 floors of the premises maintenance vehicles with a floor area of about 500 square meters and 9 floors of above-ground outdoor Parking with a ground floor area of approximately 2720 sq. m.

The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:

• Installation and commissioning, maintenance, retrofitting and repair of engineering systems, fire-retardant works;
• Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
• Development of design and working documentation for fire protection systems;
• Calculation of parameters of Smoke protection system of the building;
• Determination of settlement sizes of fire risk in buildings, construction and structures of various classes of functional fire hazard;
