MEDICAL REHABILITATION CENTER (MRC) CLINICAL HOSPITAL NO. 31

THE OBJECT OF PROTECTION IS A BUILDING DIVIDED BY FIVE BUILDINGS (№ 4, 5, 8, 4-1, 7-2) WITH REFERENCE OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL FEATURES.

The seven-storied building of № 5 block and the six-storied building of № 4 block with the basements and the technical floors are the main above-ground volumes with redevelopment.

The pool is included in the case 4-1, which is 2 underground floors, one of which at elev −5,700, the second one at elev. −9,600.

Workshops are rescheduled for laundry in the underground block 7-2.

The Object provides the conditions for stay and treatment of patients wheelchair users. Access for wheelchair users at the lower level of the elevator platform is provided by ramps at the building entrances.

Upturn to any floor is ensured by the hospital elevators, whose overall sizes allow the entrance of a patient on a gurney or in a wheelchair. The doorways that allow entry of persons in wheelchairs are provided for the entrance to the bed wards and medical offices.

Elevators with a corresponding size of the cockpit are designed to provide access to the floors for wheelchair users (if any).

The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:

• Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
• Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
