Height of the building (from the level of the main passages) composes not more than 45.750m (level of overlap of the upper technical floor).

• Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
• Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
