MULTIFUNCTIONAL COMPLEX WITH THE UNDERGROUND PARKING LOT

The complex is the building, which consists of 29 overground and 4 underground floors.
The underground floors accommodate:

• on the floors from -4 to -2 – facilities for storage of vehicles, auxiliary and technical premises;
• on -1st floor – facilities for storage of vehicles, MDB, premises of transformer substations, auxiliary and technical rooms.

• on 1st floor – areas café with kitchen, double-height lobby, commercial premises, diesel generator premises, auxiliary and technical premises;
• on the floors from 2 to 4 – office rooms, auxiliary and technical premises;
• on the floors from 5 to 29 – hotel rooms, auxiliary and technical rooms.

The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:

• Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
• Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
