SPORT CLUB

The multifunctional hotel and business complex is designed of several functional blocks of different heights, united by the stylobate part with 2-level underground parking. The stylobate part, solved in the black polished granite, serves as a pedestal building of the complex, uniting them in a single composition, giving the complex greater significance, lifting it above the ordinary level of the surrounding development.

The hotel block is a 16-storey building with 2 public floors, 8 hotels and 6 administrative and with an upper technical floor. It is combined with the business block No. 2.1 by two-storey part, which houses the restaurant at the hotel and a canteen for the employees of the offices.

The sport block is projected in the amount of 2-storey building of the sports club and combined with business block No. 2.2. The office blocks are connected to a 3-storey transition in the level of the 10th, 11th and technical floors in a single business unit.

The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:

• Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
• Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
• Calculation of parameters of Smoke protection system of the building;
• Determination of settlement sizes of fire risk in buildings, construction and structures of various classes of functional fire hazard;
