THE LARGEST SHOPPING CENTRE IN EUROPE.

Shopping and entertainment center «Aviapark» is a part of comprehensive development of the Khodynsky field, which includes residential estate, office complex with apartments, hotel and office complex, and the National Air and Space Museum, the ice Palace and a landscaped Park. Its scale is the main feature of the trade fair.
TOTAL building AREA is 400 thousand sq.m, of which shopping part is 230 thousand sq.m, which make it possible to place the most wide range of well-known international and the Russian brands.

The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:

• Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
• Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
• Determination of settlement sizes of fire risk in buildings, construction and structures of various classes of functional fire hazard;
