TRANSPORT INTERCHANGE HUB "IZMAILOVSKY PARK"

The projected area of the formation of a transport interchange hub (hereinafter, TIH) «Izmailovsky Park» is located in the district of Izmailovo, Eastern administrative district.

The zone of development of TIH «Izmailovo» is located near the intersection of the Small ring MCR and Izmailovskoye highway, near the metro station «Partizanskaya».

The section is limited: By Izmaylovskiy highway on the South side, by the building of the above-ground lobby of metro station «Partizanskaya» on the East side, by a district travel in the West.

• the underground passenger Terminal;
• the underground pedestrian passage under the Small Ring of the Moscow Railway;
• the overground pedestrian passage (the overpass) projected through the North-East Expressway;
• the stair approach at underground pedestrian crossing;
• the Cashbox pavilion with the objects of trade.

The underground passenger terminal is the overground building, located higher than the planning mark of the earth, with the external enclosing constructions covered with the mound, on which the railway lines are placed. The terminal is related to the class of the functional fire hazard F 3.3. The cashbox pavilion is related to the class of the functional fire hazard F 3.1.

The building of underground terminal with access to the platform is one-story size in terms of no more than 34×23 m. The height of the underground part of the Terminal is determined by the difference between the lower level floor of the Terminal, the upper level of the roof of the stair approach at the platform and it is not more than 7 m. The height of the overground pavilions wayouts on the platform of the Terminal building is determined by the difference in the surface level of the platform and the top of the roof of the pavilion and it is not more than 3 m.

The underground pedestrian passage is a linear construction, size in terms of no more than 45×7 m. The height of the underground pedestrian passage is determined by the difference between the bottom elevation of the floor of the transition and the top of the enclosure and it is not more than 4 m. The overground pedestrian passage (the overpass) is a linear construction, size in terms of no more than 61kh9 m. The height of the overground pedestrian passage is determined by the difference in the surface level of passage for fire engines and eaves of the roof or the top of exterior wall (parapet) and it is not more than 153 m.

The stair approach at underground pedestrian crossing is a construction, size in terms of no more than 28kh10 m. The height of the stair approach is determined by the level difference of the surface of the passage for fire engines and eaves of the roof or the top of exterior wall (parapet) and it is not more than 11 m.

The building of cashbox pavilion is a three-storey pavilion size in terms of no more than 49×16 m. The height of the cashbox pavilion is determined by the difference in level between the ground level and the bottom of the opening aperture of the upper floor and it is not more than 7 m.

The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:

• Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
• Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
• Determination of settlement sizes of fire risk in buildings, construction and structures of various classes of functional fire hazard;
