The projected area of the transport interchange hub (TPU) «Koptevo» is located in the Koptevo district, Northern administrative area. From the North side the area is bounded by the junction Pakgauznoe highway with Mikhalkov and Onega streets.
From the North-West side — Mikhalkovskaya street along the border of the estate complex Mihalkovo to the intersection of Onezhskaya street. From the West side — «Likhobory» locomotive shed of SRMCR. From the East side — Mikhalkovskaya st, walking on the road overbridge across the SRMCR lines. From the South side —
Koptevskaya st. and by tram ring «Mikhalkovo».
The technological object of the transport interchange hub (TPU) «Koptevo» on the Small ring of Moscow Circular Railway provides passenger traffic from the flag station on the SRMCR (performed under a separate project) to the the embarkation of ground-based urban passenger transport (GUPT) from the outer side of SRMCR.
The TIH technological object TPU is performed in a passenger Terminal and the entry elements united by an overhead pedestrian crossing, cassboxes and turnstiles.
In the objects of TPU it is proposed to place:
- a passenger terminal above the platform;
- a cold descent to Mikhalkovskaya st.;
- a cold descent to Koptevskaya st.;
- overground pedestrian passages (overbridges).
Pedestrian passages (overbridges) are linear structures, size in terms of 10×85 m and 10×75 m. The pedestrian passage height is determined by the level difference of the surface of access for fire engines to the eaves of the roof or the top of exterior wall (parapet) and not more than 12 m.
The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:
- Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
- Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
- Determination of settlement sizes of fire risk in buildings, construction and structures of various classes of functional fire hazard;
