RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX (LOT 1-2)

Lot 1

The composition of the complex comprises of a fifteen storey 5-sectional case associated with total yard by the coverage of the cold car Park.

The internal landscaped courtyard area on the podium bulk is a part of the complex volume. Its retaining wall is made in the plane of the red line along the southern border of the quarter. The host mailboxes, reception, waiting area, toilets, wheelchair, lift entrances and niches for communication cabinets are located in the lobby.

The rented premises as well as the lobby and the entrances of the residential units are located on the first floor.

All the apartments are built on the General planning principle of the separation of sleeping (night) and living room (daytime) zone with the orientation of living zones to ensure the best viewing characteristics.

The possibility of the free planning of apartments is provided. All apartments have glazed balcony with railing made of safety glass. The windows of all apartments are the French balconies with a height of 2.7 m from the bottom at the level of the clean floor and a fence of safety glass. Each room has one French balcony or balcony. The underground part of the complex occupies practically entire area of the section, diverted under the building. A garage for residents of the complex with a sink of cars, supermarket, ITP and other technical rooms are located on two underground floors, where is one double-track ramp. The underground part of the complex of Lot № 1 is united with the underground part of the Lot № 2 at elev. −8,700 under the pedestrian avenue between the sections.

The roofing of housing is flat unexploited.

Foundation is the united plate with a thickness of 600 mm from the monolithic reinforced concrete. Design concept is a combination formed by the pylons and walls of stair-Elevator site, combined hard disks, monolithic concrete slab. The load-bearing walls of stairs- elevator unit are the vertical diaphragms of hardness.

Lot 2

The complex is the building of perimeter type block, which forms the closed internal court. The building consists of two groups of the residential buildings, connected with the general stylobate of the first uninhabited floor:

• fourteen-story single-section pavilions «A», «B», «V», «G» along the embankment (group «A-B-V- G»);
• eight-story two-section pavilion «D» and the fourteen-three-case «E» («D-E»).

The entrance to the complex is provided with the southern boundary of the plot through the lobby and through the courtyard with access control at each entrance.

The mailboxes, reception, waiting area, toilets, wheelchair, lift entrances and niches for communication cabinets are located in the lobby.

Public premises are located on the ground floor of the «A-B-C-D» group in addition to the lobby and entrances of the residential units.

The general lobby of the two residential sections and the leased premises are located in the stylobate of the group «D-E» under the building «D», and two-storey dwelling sections and built two-storey kindergarten are located under the «E» building.

• Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
• Development of design and working documentation for fire protection systems;
• Determination of settlement sizes of fire risk in buildings, construction and structures of various classes of functional fire hazard;
