The object includes:
- the pavilions of the North and South towers;
- the general stylobate part, which consists of:
• the premises of the Wellness center, office space and premises of the Bank, beauty salon, boutique, and auxiliary and technical rooms, located on-1st, −2nd and −3rd floors floors;
• underground parking lot on-1st, -2nd and -3rd floors floors.
Buildings of the pavilions of the North and South towers are of the corridor type. Each tower has independent entrances at ground floor level. Space beauty, room of temporary stay of children, auxiliary and technical rooms are located on the first floor. The arrangement of residential premise is provided on the floors from the second and above. The vertical connection between the floors of each pavilion is achieved by elevators, also, on the smoke free staircases.
HEIGHT of the pavilion from the level of passage for fire engines to the bottom of the opening Windows of the upper floor does not exceed 75 m.

The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:

• Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
• Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
• Development of design and working documentation for fire protection systems;
