HOTEL COMPLEX WITH THE NEW BUILDING

The basic parameters of the buildings:

• Laboratory – production building:
  a) The stylobate is an incorrect pentahedron with the height of 7,2m, whose large part is overlapped at elev.+3,60. Thus, in the stylobate part of the building there are two floors (1st floor and mezzanine) with a height of 3.6 m each; the volume of the stylobate – 39675 cu m. (tentatively).
  b) The high-rise part of the building from the 2nd to 25 th floor, height 116,26 m: The height of each floor – 4.8 m;
  Prior to the 20th floor inclusive high-rise part of the building in plan is a rectangle 36х42 m, above - a triangle with sides, respectively, 36 and 42 m
  c) The conference room is on the roof of the stylobate; the size in terms of 40x40 m. The height of the conference hall is 16.9 m In the conference hall, there are ceiling at three levels (relative elevations 8,4; 12,0; 15.6 m)
  d) Add-on the stylobate in terms 30х12 meters, a height of 4.0 m
  e) a technical underground is located at elev. -2,40.
  f) a basement is located at elev. -6,00.
  The construction of civil defense is located under the high-altitude part of the building in the basement; the volume of the basement CD is 7780 cu m. (tentatively);
  The technical services (TP, KNS, pumping plant, ventilating chamber, etc) are located under the stilobatnoy part
  g) The thermal unit is located at elev. -7,20.
  
• Underground parking lot:
  The one-story building, buried in the ground and has the form of a polyline. Relative mark of the floor is 2,40m; the ceilings height is 3,0m;

The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:

• Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
• Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
• Determination of settlement sizes of fire risk in buildings, construction and structures of various classes of functional fire hazard;
