HOTEL «HOLIDAY INN SOKOLNIKI»

The hotel is located in one of the city’s historic sites, just steps from the metro, the exhibition center and Sokolniki Park.

The hotel consists of 26-storey tower and 3-storey stylobate part.

The restaurants, bars, Parking, fitness center, meeting rooms and shops are placed on the basement and three floors above ground in addition to offices and technical premises.

The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:

• Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
• Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
• Maintenance and technical and scientific support in developing the design and working documentation, developed by other organizations, including foreign companies, in terms of requirements of fire safety;
• Development of design and working documentation for fire protection systems;
• Calculation of parameters of Smoke protection system of the building;
• Determination of settlement sizes of fire risk in buildings, construction and structures of various classes of functional fire hazard;
• Calculations to determine the actual fire resistance of building structures ;
