THE PROJECTED BUILDING IS A 9 STOREY COMPLEX SHAPE IN PLAN, WHICH 2 LOWER FLOORS ARE LOCATED IN THE STYLOBATE PART OF THE CENTRAL CORE OF MIBC «MOSCOW-CITY» AND THE UPPER PART OF THE VOLUME ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING shopping center «AFIMALL».
The main planning element of the complex — a multipurpose hall — is overlapped by a translucent dome with a diameter of 64 m, which is one of the dominant elements of the spatial composition of the building. The concept of the object is oriented for the operation of object with the change (rolling) content, that involves the formation of a universal space of the Central hall-transformer with a maximum variance and a special repertory policy. The complex includes:
- Multifunctional transformer hall, working in formats like Wellness and Entertainment
- SPA and Thermal complex
- Fitnes- center
- Restaurant
- Banquet hall
- Rehabilitation-rehabilitation centre
- Beauty salon
The section of the central core is ensured by convenient annular one-sided riding round around the building with departure and arrival on the projected travel No. 74 connects Krasnopresnenskaya embankment with Krasnogvardeisky alley. The object transport service (that is, loading complex, the main entrance to the building) is provided from the overpasses.
Separate entrance from the side of transport overpass is provided for the service personnel.
The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:
- Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
- Concept development of fire safety;
- Design of the engineering and fire safety systems;
- Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
- Report on the preliminary planning of military operations for fire departments to extinguish the fire and conduct rescue operations (Fire-fighting plan);
- Development of measures to ensure the required fire resistance of exterior curtain walls (facade design, including stained glass);
