The planned Transport interchange hub «Okryznaya» is included in the program «Reconstruction and development of Small ring of Moscow railway. Organization of railway passenger traffic». The planned area of the transport interchange hub «Okryznaya» is located at the periphery of the city at the junction of the Northern and North-Eastern administrative districts, along the Savelovski MCR direction.
The technological connection of the TIH objects (TC of TIH) «Okryznaya» ensures the transit of passenger flow from the terminal of stopping point to other objects, including the objects of other transport forms. The technological connection of the Ist stage of TIH construction is designed in the form of the overground pedestrian passage through the SR of MR ways (with stairs and escalator descents and vertical transport review type for LMP), attached to the terminal buildings.
The putting into operation of the technological connection of the objects is provided into two stages. The first step is to device a technological connection without integration with the design of Northern entrance of the station «Okryznaya» of the Moscow metro. The review type vertical transport device for LMP and temporary stairs gathering from the bridge, which ensures the unimpeded passage of passengers on the existing platform of the station «Okruzhnaya» the Savelovski MCR direction, is provided at the first stage for the operation of the overground pedestrian passage. Integration is ensured at the second stage by running an underground pedestrian connection with the device of the stair-escalator groups, which provide smooth transfer of passengers to the Moscow railway service of the Savelovskiy and circumferential directions.
In the composition of objects TPU it is proposed to place:- the passenger terminal above the platform;
- the overground pedestrian passage (overbridge).
The terminal one-storeyed with the mezzanine building, the dimensions in plan not more than 67,0×41,0 m. Height of the terminal building is determined by the difference in level between the surface platform and the eaves of the roof or the top of exterior wall (parapet) and not more than 12.5 m.
The pedestrian passages (overbridges) — are linear building, the dimensions in plan 6,6×52,5 and 6,6×12,2 m. Height of the Pedestrian passages is determined by the level difference of the surface of the passage for fire engines to the eaves of the roof or the top of exterior wall (parapet) and not more than 12 m.
The conditions of building — the building is located in areas of dense urban development.
The specialists of «OPB» performed the following work:
- Development of the design documentation section “Fire Safety Measures” (FSM);
- Development of the special technical requirements (STR) for design and construction in terms of ensuring fire safety;
- Determination of settlement sizes of fire risk in buildings, construction and structures of various classes of functional fire hazard;
