RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX OF PREMIUM CLASS

The project provides (subject to restrictions for the preservation of cultural heritage and regeneration the historic environment) reconstruction of 4-6 buildings of No. 4 ownership on Large Ordynsky lane into the residential complex of premium class with inclusion of non-residential premises and two levels of underground Parking and restoration of the cultural heritage of the City estate of the XVIII-XIX centuries on the address s.1, 2, 3, 7 Large Ordynsky lane.

Restoration of buildings 1, 2, 3, 7 requires maintaining boundaries with existing buildings and space-planning decisions.

The residential buildings provide the section with one or two apartments per floor. All sections are equipped with elevators and stairs.

The operable roofings are provided in the individual sections.

Parking, as well as technical and auxiliary rooms are located in the underground part of the residential complex.

Entry and exit from the car Park are carried out with Malaya Ordynka street on the double rail.
